Are You a Parent of a Celiac Child?
Submitted by arico on Wed, 06/04/2008 - 10:00pm.The American Celiac Disease Alliance (ACDA) is seeking input from parents of celiac children to determine the level of interest for gluten-free school lunches. A major goal of the American Celiac Disease Alliance is to improve the availability and access to gluten-free meals in schools for students with celiac disease. The ACDA has launched a brief online survey to find out who is providing lunch for students with celiac disease: parents, school, or a combination. If you have a child with celiac disease attending school, please complete the survey by going to the ACDA website and clicking on ‘What’s for Lunch?’ The survey will close on July 2, 2008. For more information about the survey or regarding the availability of gluten-free foods in school, please contact the ACDA at info[at]americanceliac[dot]org
