I was going back from an appointment in the hospital today and heard in NPR about FDA proposal to change the ingredients of chocolate..... I was shock and upset!

FDA basically considers allowing manufacturers to replacethe true and natural fat from cocoa bean: cocoa butter, with vegetable fats and oils.
